This ministry focuses on the period from the new member's decision to join through receipt of the Right Hand of Fellowship. The intent is by the end of this period of special focused care, new members will be spiritually prepared, motivated and feel welcome to move to other support ministries at Mt. Zion and become active and visible in the church body in the accomplishment of the great commission of the church through the anointed use of their spiritual gifts.
